If you want your data being removed from our systems and therefore, you want your Stuart account been deleted, or you want to update your information stored in Stuart, you should request it sending an email to the Data Protection Officer dpo@stuart.com.

We will delete all your personal data that we hold, excluding data that we are required to keep by other laws (Invoices, any kind of contracts you might have with us and the deletion request itself), within 30 days. Please note that depending on the volume of requests, this delay could be extended up to 60 days.

To speed up the process, please add any relevant details of your (or your client's) request, such as account update or deletion, phone number, email address, legal address, end-customer address, among others, so your records can be updated accordingly.

Based on our Privacy Policy, Clients and End-customers are entitled to invoke any of their data protection rights against the company:

  • Right to be informed.
  • Right of access.
  • Right of rectification.
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to object.
  • Right to portability.
  • The right not to be subject to decision-making based exclusively on automated means.
  • The right to give instructions for the retention, erasure and disclosure of your Data after your death.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the national data protection authority (the "ICO").

Please note that without the information requested, someone else could impersonate you and ask to delete your account which would highly endanger the protection of your personal data as well as affect negatively your user experience.

Rest assured that once the request has been dealt with, all the information will be deleted from the system.
