If you want your data being removed from our systems and therefore, you want your Stuart account been deleted, or you want to update your information stored in Stuart, you should request it sending an email to the Data Protection Officer firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will delete all your personal data that we hold, excluding data that we are required to keep by other laws (Invoices, any kind of contracts you might have with us and the deletion request itself), within 30 days. Please note that depending on the volume of requests, this delay could be extended up to 60 days.
To speed up the process, please add any relevant details of your (or your client's) request, such as account update or deletion, phone number, email address, legal address, end-customer address, among others, so your records can be updated accordingly.

Please note that without the information requested, someone else could impersonate you and ask to delete your account which would highly endanger the protection of your personal data as well as affect negatively your user experience.
Rest assured that once the request has been dealt with, all the information will be deleted from the system.
