As soon as a job has been accepted by a courier, you can send a tracking link to your end customer showing them where their driver is. This helps manage the customer's expectations.

To do so, you have two options:

  1. You can send an email with the tracking link: 

Log in to your Stuart Dashboard.

Go to Settings and turn on "Tracking Link Email". 

Each time you add the customer's email address to the "Email" field found in your drop off details, you will be sending a standard email to your customer.

2. You can set up automated SMS messaging: 

Get in touch with us at clients.uk@stuart.com and we will set this up for you. 

You can personalise your text and send it when the driver picked up the package or when he is close to the drop off.  

Just make sure you enter your customer's mobile phone number when you are requesting a driver!
