When you cancel the request for a package that is already en-route to the destination:
- Please contact your assigned Stuart Courier-Partner and tell them what they should do with the package.
- Please contact Stuart Live Support so that we can proceed to the cancellation. You will be charged the full order amount.
- In case the order needs to be returned contact Live Support and they will create a return job for the driver. Find out what a return implies here.
- If the order doesn't need a return, you can tell the Courier-Partner to keep the order.
