When you cancel the request for a package that is already en-route to the destination:

  1. Please contact your assigned Stuart Courier-Partner and tell them what they should do with the package.
  2. Please contact Stuart Live Support so that we can proceed to the cancellation. You will be charged the full order amount.
  3. In case the order needs to be returned contact Live Support and they will create a return job for the driver. Find out what a return implies here.
  4. If the order doesn't need a return,  you can tell the Courier-Partner to keep the order.
